Pull x86 fpu updates from Borislav Petkov:

 - Allow clearcpuid= to accept multiple bits (Arvind Sankar)

 - Move clearcpuid= parameter handling earlier in the boot, away from
   the FPU init code and to a generic location (Mike Hommey)
