Mediatek SoCs Watchdog timer
The watchdog supports a pre-timeout interrupt that fires timeout-sec/2
before the expiry.

- reg : Specifies base physical address and size of the registers.
Optional properties:
- interrupts: Watchdog pre-timeout (bark) interrupt.
